FORT LEE, Va. – A new commander will take charge of the Fort Lee garrison during a change of command ceremony 10 a.m. Friday, here at the Lee Club.

Col. Paul K. Brooks will turn command of the Garrison over to Col. Adam W. Butler in the ceremony presided over by Davis D. Tindoll, Jr., director of Installation Management Command’s Atlantic Region.
